Mahant Bachittar Singh College of Engineering and Technology organized “Euphoria” for 2024 Batch. The event commenced with a traditional lamp-lighting ceremony, performed by the dignitaries to mark an auspicious start to the fresher’s journey.
Dr. (Prof.) Dinesh Kumar Gupta (Principal), extended a warm welcome to the fresher’s and highlighted the vital role of such events in fostering creativity, and overall personality development among students. Following this, the students showcased their talents through various performances, including orchestra, traditional and Bollywood dances, melodic singing, poetry and a glamorous ramp walk. Exciting games were also organized to ensure audience engagement.
The highlight of the event was the selection of Mr. Fresher and Ms. Fresher, with the titles being awarded to Mr. Tanvinder Pal Singh and Ms. Asis Kour of CSE Deptt. respectively.
The event was graced by the presence of Dr. (Prof.) Amrik Singh (Vice Principal), S. Ishpal Singh (Prof. of Practice) Heads of Departments, S. Hardip Singh Gill (DSW) and faculty members. The program was meticulously co-ordinated by Prof. Sarbjeet Kour (HOD APSH), and Prof. Surinder Kour Bali (Assistant Professor, IT) as the convener and co-conveners. The event was organized by the students of 2nd Year to welcome the 1st Year newly admitted Batch.
